Abstract
Before the final agreement on the EU's future relationship with Gibraltar was announced, several documents had been released that could shed light on some aspects of the agreement and that would relate to the strategic-military aspect of the future Treaty. Likewise, the statements issued on June 11, 2025, by the various parties involved also provide some clues in this regard. Subsequently, the Strategic Framework agreed upon by Spain and the United Kingdom in London closes the circle, pending the final text of the future EU-UK Treaty on Gibraltar.
