Introduction to Copyleft. A perspective of its reception in Spain

Abstract: Origin of the concept, definition and meaning of the term copyleft. The evolution and implementation in Spain and the cases collected by Spanish jurisprudence are analyzed. It also explains why copyleft licenses are profitable.
