Esta frase atribuida a Goethe podría ser la definición de la inquietud que hizo ponerse en marcha a la Asociación Qultura, una institución nacida en Cádiz hace ya más de cinco años, totalmente privada y sin ánimo de lucro, cuyo principal objetivo era y es brindar a la capital gaditana programas culturales de calidad que cubran el hueco existente en la agenda de actividades que habitualmente ofrecen las autoridades en la materia. Y todo ello, desde la más absoluta independencia acualquiera de las administraciones públicas que habitualmente promueven lacultura de la ciudad.

Abstract: Knowing is not enough, we must apply. It is not enough to want, it must also be done". This phrase, attributed to Goethe, could be the definition of the concern that led to the Qultura Association, an institution born in Cádiz more than five years ago, totally private and non-profit, whose main objective was and is provide the capital of Cadiz with quality cultural programs that cover the existing gap in the agenda of activities that are usually offered by the authorities in the matter, and all this, from the most absolute independence from any of the public administrations that usually promote the culture of the city.
