Resumen

Estamos en tiempos de cambio, de revisión, quizás sean simplemente tiempos de cuestionamiento. Se percibe un enfrentamiento entre lo nuevo y lo viejo, entre formas de vida, de pensamiento, de acción política a las que se califica como viejas o nuevas según quien lo haga. Probablemente sea exagerado pensar que estamos ante un cambio de régimen, con lo que ello implicaría, y que en realidad a lo que asistimos es a una revisión profunda de cómo nos vamos a organizar en tanto que sociedad democrática. Y en buena lógica las políticas y la gestión culturales se ven afectadas por estos tiempos de tribulaciones en que nos hallamos. En las páginas de esta edición de Periférica Internacional podemos encontrar algunas reflexiones sobre el momento que vive la Gestión.

Abstract: We are in times of change, of revision, perhaps they are simply times of questioning. A confrontation between the new and the old is perceived, between forms of life, of thought, of political action that are classified as old or new depending on who does it. It is probably an exaggeration to think that we are facing a change of regime, with what this would imply, and that in reality what we are witnessing is a profound review of how we are going to organize ourselves as a democratic society. And in good logic, cultural policies and management are affected by times of tribulations in which we find ourselves. In the pages of this edition of Periférica Internacional we can find some reflections on the moment that Management lives.
