Abstract

Cultural Management has been almost from its beginnings a profession in which training, whatever its format, has played a role.essential, both in its consolidation and in the search for the conceptual framework I needed. Train to do, train to consolidate the trade, train to share, train for social legitimation, ultimately train to recognize yourself as a profession. The professionals of Cultural Management have been in a permanent search for spaces to their training, from academia to institutions more or less territorial, through companies and the associative movement, and they have known how to permeate these spaces with their training proposals and their needs.
