Resulta difícil escribir sobre la ausencia definitiva de una persona amiga. Es terrible tener que tomar la pluma para poner en negro sobre blanco que alguien a quien respetamos, admiramos y queremos ha partido de entre nosotros de manera absoluta e inexorable. No es sencillo ni fácil, no. Y eso es lo que nos ocurre a todos los que formamos PERIFÉRICA con el bueno y brillante de Eduard Miralles, con el hombre inteligente y recto que estuvo en nuestro proyecto desde el primer día, desde el primer número de la revista, desde el primer aliento de entusiasmo e ilusión que construyeron esta ya veterana revista sobre políticas y gestión culturales de la Universidad de Cádiz.   Palabras clave: homenaje, gestión cultural, amistad, recordatorio, reflexión.   Eduard Miralles. In memoriam   Abstract: It is difficult to write about the definitive absence of a friend. It is terrible to have to pick up the pen to put in black on white that someone we respect, admire and love has departed from among us in an absolute and inexorable way. It is not simple or easy, no.
