Abstract

The main objective of the research is to delve into the uses made of technology with artificial intelligence in museums for the knowledge of their collections, their didactic and their diffusion. The methodology has consisted of consulting highly indexed scientific literature, published in recent years, that addresses the topic raised. The results obtained have discovered that technologies with artificial intelligence have had significant development in the fields studied, especially since the pandemic. However, there are still many possibilities to explore, others to refine and improve, as well as not forgetting that the use of technologies with artificial intelligence must respond to the need to facilitate universal knowledge of users to museums.
