Plantea el autor una reflexión a propósito del estado actual de las políticas de gestión cultural a partir de la situación presente, analizando las, a su juicio, fallas del sistema y los errores cometidos tomando a la cultura como excusa y no como objetivo último.   Palabras clave: gestión cultural, política cultural.   ...
