Abstract

This document presents the entire scope of the evaluation of cultural projects. Evaluation in itself makes no sense unless it is defined as an aspect that is directly linked with the design of a project and its progress. Therefore, evaluation must be thought of as an instrument for improving projects, always seeking to find the way to redirect them so as to optimise the achievement of the objectives, the redefinition of the project or the redirection of the elements of its production.
