Abstract

This text stems from the shared reflections on the commemoration of the forty years of democratic municipalities in a meeting convened by the Municipal Culture Foundation of Valladolid. These and other reflections about the process allow us to advance some considerations and suggestions that, without wanting to exhaust the issue, make it possible to deepen the tasks to transform the situation, proposing political, research and management initiatives for a new local cultural policy framework.
