Abstract
The amazigh language and culture is actually crossing a crucial phase toward a literacy stage. The efforts to modernize the language are held -facing the absence of an official recognition outside of the official channel. The negation of the amazigh fact in the origin countries cast the amazigh Diaspora for a preponderant part in the process of the linguistic normalization, above all in the developing of a standardized transcription system. The convergence in the efforts of Academics and cultural associations on the one hand, and the impact of the last events in the amazigh claims in the North of Africa, especially in the Cabilia-region, on the other hand, have strengthen the presence of this Community en Europe making possible their access to a part of visibility that was missing until yet.
