La política cultural local tras 40 años de democracia: ¿Es posible una regeneración de los equipamientos culturales frente a la parálisis permanente?

Abstract

The forty years of local cultural politics in democracy are analyzed from the analysis of cultural facilities. In their diversity, the equipment is framed in a South-European cultural policy that constrains the progress and efficiency of the equipment. The impact of other cultural policy orientations and the effects of the creative city paradigm are considered to reach the conclusion of the need to make political decisions that address the permanent paralysis of cultural facilities.
