Abstract
“Ḥayy ibn Yaqẓān and the poetry of space”. This study deals with the poetry of space in a remarkable andalusi text, that of the history of Ḥayy ibn Yaqẓān, by Ibn Ṭufayl. The article is divided in two sections. The first one provides the theoretical framework of the concept of space, trying to bring together and structure the different ideas advanced on this regard. The second sections seeks to apply this theoretical framework to the literary and philosophical work by Ibn Ṭufayl.
