Abstract
M. K. Ŷa‘far published in 1978 a first precarious edition of the K. khawāëë al-Ñurūf,
previously unknown. In this main Sufi work, Ibn Masarra al-Quríbī explains the symbolic meaning
of the isolated letters appearing at the begining of 29 Koranic suras. The new edition presented here,
more rigorous and complete, aims to rectify the errors and shortcomings of the preceding one.
