Abstract
This article contains the transcription, translation and edition of the folios 49r. 49vº. 50rº, 50vº. 51rº and 51vº of Abu l-‘Alā’ Zuhr's Kitāb mujarrabat al jawāṣṣ, according to the 520th. Arabic manuscript from Bodleian Library in Oxford and encloses the peculiarities and features of the henbane. the nard, the unleavened bread, the seseli, the escamonea, the liquorice, the rue, the mirobalanum, the scolopendrid, the orach, the sesame, the sumach and the sedge. The text, as well as the work in the whole, holds a big dose of quackery.
