Abstract
"Some aspects of the daily life of Andalusian sufies during the 6/12th century in the light of a hagiographical manuscript work". In this paper, is presented and analyzed one of the oldest hagiographical works: Al-Sirr al-maṣūn by Ṭāhir b. Muḥammad as-Ṣadafī. Origins of saints, their roles in society, their positions towards the political authorities in al-Andalus on one hand, and towards the Christian Reconquest on the other are methodically analyzed.
