Durante este trabalho de pesquisa, foi elaborado um instrumento que coletou as percepções sobre a ligação entre Hortas Escolares e Mudanças Climáticas de 24 alunos de um curso de no ano do Colégio La Aurora IED. Todas essas percepções foram categorizadas em consciência, soberania alimentar e ciclo alimentar humano vinculado às Mudanças Climáticas e Hortas Escolares. Isso possibilitou a aplicação de um instrumento durante a pesquisa como uma enquete, desta forma, evidenciou-se como essas percepções relacionam Hortas Escolares e Mudanças Climáticas ao final desta investigação.
