New Issues of Costas

Dear authors and friends of Coastal Zone,

the Revista Costas is undergoing a restructuring and reorganization of its workflow, simultaneously seeking indexing in the main scientific databases. This has required considerable effort on our part, in a project fundamentally driven by the selfless dedication of many people.

We would like to inform you that the next issues of Costas, which are currently delayed, namely: 2024-2 (Vol. 6, No. 2), 2025-1 (Vol. 7, No. 1) and 2025-2 (Vol. 7, No. 2); will be published in the first half of 2026. We believe this will facilitate the journal's indexing process.

Furthermore, we would like to reaffirm the journal's workflow: “Continuous flow, with two publications per year (since 2019). Proposals submitted by February 28th and August 31st may be published in the editions corresponding to the first and second semesters of the year, respectively. A maximum of 12 articles will be published in each edition of the journal. If the number of articles accepted for publication exceeds this limit, the remaining works will be published in the following edition of the journal”.
