Resumen

La articulación y fonación se ven afectadas en un 70 % y hasta un 90 % de los pacientes con la enfermedad de Parkinson (EP). Lo que nos proponemos en este trabajo es el estudio de un pequeño aspecto de la fonética de los enfermos con párkinson: la alteración del VOT (momento de iniciación de la sonoridad tras las consonantes oclusivas) en monólogos espontáneos. Quizás sea esta particularidad un síntoma útil para la detección de la enfermedad de párkinson. Utilizaremos frases espontáneas grabadas y analizadas mediante el software Praat 6.0.40 de un grupo de 8 afectados de EP y un grupo de control, equiparado en edad y formación, de 7 sujetos. Los dos grupos de investigación (el experimental y el de control) los hemos obtenido de la modalidad andaluza predominantemente gaditana.
