La física del pájaro bebedor

Abstract

Se describe el comportamiento de un pájaro bebedor y también el de un pájaro solar, una variante iluminada y sin agua del pájaro original. Se proponen algunos experimentos que puedan servir para motivar a los alumnos a descubrir, siguiendo un método deductivo, las bases científicas del funcionamiento de ambos dispositivos.

The physics of the drinking bird

A drinking bird behavior is described, as well as a sun bird, a sunlight and dry variant of the previous. Several experiments are suggested to be used with students to stimulate them to discover the physics on which the behavior of both devices are based, following a deductive method.
