Abstract
Recovering the Americanist stream that invaded Paris, and from them it came to London, Vienna, Naples and even Philadelphia, along the 18th century and the early 19th century, and the restudy of the history which the independence of the American colonies force us to, we try to come across the figure of Angel Saavedra, in a way in which these events stimulate the Spanish imaginary from the late 18th century onwards.
