Abstract
Para ilustrar el fenómeno de la ósmosis se presentan dos experiencias sencillas que pueden realizarse con materiales cotidianos (patatas, huevos, agua, sal, vinagre...), tanto a nivel cualitativo como cuantitativo.

Osmotic potatoes and eggs
To illustrate the phenomenon of osmosis we present two simple experiments that can be carried out with daily materials (potatoes, eggs, water, salt, vinegar...), both qualitatively as well as quantitatively.
