“Interview with a scientist”: an experience with students of bachiller for the subject science for the contemporary world

Abstract

The present work describes an educational experience of the First Year students of Bachiller for the subject Science for the Contemporary World. This activity is the culmination of a wider work performed in class, whose main objective was to go deeper into the characteristics of scientific work, bringing the students closer a more accurate and real vision of it, more in line with the present epistemology and removed from the abundant stereotypes which give a distorted image of scientific activity. The specific activity, here shown, is an interview prepared and carried out by students with two scientists from the Physics Faculty of the University of Valencia.
