Abstract
Se presenta un proceso de enseñanza con analogías, desarrollado con pautas de elaboración. Acorde con la idea de analogía presentada, se hace un análisis de su distribución en los libros de textos de ciencias de secundaria y, unido a ello, se destaca el papel atribuido a las mismas en distintas editoriales.

Modeling with analogies in Secondary Science texts
A process of teaching with analogies is presented, developed with guidelines of elaboration. In accordance with the idea of analogy presented, an analysis of its distribution is made in Secondary Science textbooks and, along with it, the role attributed to them in different editorials is highlighted.
