Abstract
Telephone interpreting increasingly presents more advantages in public and private services due to the reduction of costs and the immediate availability of the service. The communicative aspects that must be taken into account for a satisfactory experience on the part of the client are in this interpretation modality even more pertinent to solve the different problems that may arise. For this reason, in this study we intend to analyze a series of communication problems between the interpreter and the client, extracted directly from a corpus of transcripts in the English-Spanish linguistic communication and to provide the main communicative solutions with the aim of shedding new data on one modality of interpretation that still has a long way to go.
