Abstract

In the present work we show an interdisciplinary proposal carried out in a 5th grade primary classroom that is focused on Hypatia of Alexandria. Using texts and questions from the text, we know Hypatia and her context. The sequence of activities allow our students to understand the relationship between the construction of scientific knowledge and the social aspects of a particular from a gender perspective time while working content of different curricular areas.
