In spite of the frequently chaotic appearance of daily conversations, analysis of interactions has highlighted some repeated features that allow them to be considered from the point of view of their structure. However, contrary to other textual models, primarily subjected to generic norms and to a prototypical sequence, conversational structure, largely dependent on the situational variables, appears closely related to forms of politeness. Keywords
