Abstract
This article tries to penetrate into the paper of parents and educators into the development of the minors. The child or the girl whose identity is formed in positive: in a familiar core that contributes basic safety, affection, social and cognitive development, it will be more protected before any type of dependence. On the other hand, certain lacks in the development of the personal identity (lack in autoesteem, a low autoconcept, few autonomy, absence of procedure and limits, lack of personal safety, etc), will suppose factors of risk before consumption of drugs, food disorders, sexual abuses and will lead with more probability to an inadequate use of Internet
