Abstract
Light changesits path and the polarization state if it interacts with a medium whose particles are much smallerthanits wavelength. The phenomenon is most intense for colors of shorter wavelength. Consequently, for whitelight, the colors of the blue-violet region of the spectrum are most affected. In this article we presentseveralexperiments related to the polarization state of dispersed light through colloidal media. Keywords
