Abstract
The interest for the social utility of his literary work, observable throughout the entire life of García Malo, will be concentrated, during war times against Napoleon, in the hope of establishing a regime of rights and freedoms to every Spaniard. To achieve such objective our author will propose a series of measures in order to enrich and propagate the Constitution that the Parliament hurried to prepare, using in this task diverse resources learned through his extensive career as a writer, because such fundamental law is, in fact, a linguistic text too.
