Abstract
Este trabajo analiza brevemente el problema de la censura teatral y la represión política en Cádiz durante los años de la monarquía fernandina (1814-1820 Y 1823-1833), a partir de los ejemplos que nos ofrece la obra de Quintana -El duque de Viseo-y Vargas Ponce -su pensamiento teatral en Donde las dan, las toman, un texto escrito en colaboración con Nicolás Böhl de Faber.Keywords
