Lgb bullying. Implications and strategies to combat it
Abstract
LGT-bullying is directed to that people whose gender identity and sexual orientation is non-heteronormative. This paper examines those researches about LGB bullying, specifically it examines what is its meaning, its agents, its manifestations, its consequences and possible strategies to deal with it. This bullying damages school environment and has serious consequences in its victims. It is necessary to make teachers aware of this problem, and those possible strategies to prevent and work this type of bullying. It requires active implication of the school community.
