Competências de ensino digital no ensino superior. Uma análise bibliométrica

Resumo
Nos últimos tempos, a literacia digital e a utilização eficaz de ferramentas tecnológicas no processo educativo tornaram-se um desafio para as instituições de Ensino Superior. O professor do século XXI deve ter adquirido competências digitais que favoreçam processos pedagógicos produtivos e de qualidade, através da inclusão de tecnologias nas suas aulas e da utilização destas ferramentas para promover o pensamento crítico, a funcionalidade da aprendizagem e o trabalho colaborativo. O objectivo desta investigação era analisar a produtividade científica relacionada com a aquisição de competências digitais do pessoal docente do Ensino Superior em relação à utilização de recursos tecnológicos no espaço de ensino das diferentes disciplinas académicas. Um total de 86 artigos científicos publicados entre 2006 e 2022 foram revistos. Os resultados revelam uma produtividade crescente de estudos em tempos recentes, que coincide com o período de confinamento devido à pandemia COVID-19, o que deu maior relevância às ferramentas digitais. Conclui com a importância da formação digital de professores para responder às necessidades dos estudantes na sociedade do conhecimento de hoje com propostas pedagógicas inovadoras e eficazes.
