Este trabajo revisa experiencias e intervenciones didácticas desarrolladas en los últimos años cuyo objeto de estudio es la lectura digital entendida como concepto clave que circula a través de disciplinas y geografías diversas. Las investigaciones revisadas presentan tensiones y potencialidades en torno a las nociones de alfabetización crítica, competencia lectora y escenarios digitales desde perspectivas analítico-metodológicas. La metodología aplicada en este artículo se apoya en el análisis documental bibliográfico realizado con el software MAXQDA, el cual permite la recopilación de datos y evidencias alrededor de una serie de intersecciones. Las conclusiones provisionales apuntan a que la lectura mediada por tecnología como campo de estudio se articula a partir de formatos inéditos de acercarse al conocimiento donde se multiplican contextos y objetivos lectores, incorporando la práctica lectora selectiva y fragmentada como estrategia fundamental para el análisis.inalmente, este artículo propone como futura línea de investigación el análisis interdisciplinar y transdisciplinar de la lectura. Por ello, será necesario extender los marcos del campo de estudio de la alfabetización digital crítica e indagar en las potencialidades de las nuevas comunidades interpretativas, ecosistemas lectores y espacios de socialización.

Actualmente imparte docencia en el área de Didáctica de la Lengua y la Literatura en la Facultad de Formación del Profesorado de la Universidad de Extremadura (UEX). Investigadora especializada en formación lectora, innovación educativa y alfabetización crítica. Ha coordinado el Observatorio sobre Educación Lectora, Nuevas Ciudadanías y Educación Lectora Emilia Ferreiro del Centro de Estudios Latinoamericanos de Educación Inclusiva (CELEI, Chile) y el Seminario Permanente «Otras Políticas de la mirada: potencialidades emancipatorias de lo visual».
