Impacto de um programa de intervenção para promover a competência digital dos futuros professores: um estudo de caso

Resumo

O aumento da população digitalmente competente é essencial para promover o desenvolvimento social inclusivo e sustentável. Oferecer uma formação que viabilize deve ser uma prioridade que a Universidade deve enfrentar com urgência, especialmente as faculdades de educação, já que seus egressos serão responsáveis ​​pela formação de alunos de todas as etapas e contextos. A investigação que ilustre como abordar esta formação é escassa e, embora o desenho de modelos conceptuais como o Quadro Europeu de Competência Digital para Educadores (Redecker, 2017) seja um grande passo, é necessário realizar estudos que o acompanhem com uma proposta pedagógica que permita a sua implementação. Para tal, importa implementar programas de intervenção e e análise do seu impacto na formação inicial de professores, sendo este o objetivo deste artigo de investigação; especificamente, por meio de um estudo exploratório misto de medidas repetidas. Após a intervenção, os resultados mostram um aumento estatisticamente significativo na competência digital dos sujeitos, especialmente na área de competência do DigCompEdu: competências pedagógicas dos educadores.

A Dra. Alejandra Díaz é Professora Titular de Pedagogia e responsável pela Licenciatura em Pedagogia do Centro de Estudos Universitários Dom Bosco (Universidade Complutense de Madrid filiada). Sua pesquisa investiga as oportunidades e desafios do treinamento de professores de formação inicial em competência digital, empreendedorismo e liderança. Atualmente, combina seu trabalho na Universidade com o desenvolvimento profissional e a formação permanente de professores.
