Abstract
We started this work showing the problems in the initial training of science teachers. After that, there is a description of the structure of the Master in Secondary Education Teaching from the University of Valencia and the aims, contents, teaching methodology, assessment and the particular characters of teachers from science specialties. Finally, it is made an assessment of its implementation during the first 3 years, particularly in our respective specialties.Keywords
